The Graduate Certificate in Research Studies is a qualifying program for admission to research degrees. It is designed for applicants who need additional skills in research before commencing independent study in a research masters or doctoral program. It is particularly suited for applicants with an undergraduate or coursework degree and extensive relevant professional experience. The course focuses on research methodology and the thesis proposal which includes a literature review. Students select additional high level subjects in their area of interest.

The Graduate Certificate in Research Studies is undertaken in one session full-time or two part-time.
